Annually, doctors, researchers and supporters from around the nation gather to support Ian’s Friends Foundation and raise funds for pediatric brain tumor research at the Evening of Inspiration, our largest fundraising event. Historically, this gala welcomes approximately 600 guests committed to this important cause. This year, due to Covid-19, the program will be held virtually, allowing IFF to share our mission and the work and support of those who have helped get us to this point to an even broader group of people.

In 2019, with the help of our incredible supporters, this event raised $1.2 million to support ground-breaking, pediatric brain tumor research projects at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Duke University, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Duke University, Dana Farber / Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, Emory University School of Medicine, Georgia Institute of Technology, Johns Hopkins Medical Hospital, New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, NYU Langone Medical Center, University of Michigan, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This research can save the lives of thousands of children around the world.
