Ian’s Friends Foundation receives donations from a variety of supporters both big and small. We are grateful for each and every supporter, especially those in our hometown of Atlanta. Two projects, in particular, are raising funds specifically for IFF by dedicated young individuals who are preforming extraordinary deeds to help kids with pediatric brain tumors.

Maxwell Silver is a 7th grader who has decided to take his love of baseball to another level.  As part of his Bar Mitzvah, Max will be providing baseball lessons to young kids.  All proceeds from his lessons will benefit IFF. This is an admirable project for a 7th grader and we could not be more thankful to have Max supporting IFF. If you are interested in lessons for your child, feel free to contact Max directly at 404-823-7199.

Joshua Forman is another 7th grader who has decided to hold a concert, “Rock for a Reasons”, in honor of his brother, Jared, who died from a brain tumor when he was 7 years old. On Sunday, November 13th at Five Seasons Brewing Company in Sandy Springs, Joshua is hosting “Rock for a Reason” where local bands to perform and Kagan Entertainment will be there to DJ.  Joshua is requesting an $18 donation for individual tickets or $54/family with all proceeds benefiting IFF.  Please visit his Crowd Rise page to make a donation: https://www.crowdrise.com/rock-for-a-reason.

Even younger kids support Ian’s Friends Foundation with their actions including four who donated the $43 proceeds from their lemonade stand this summer to IFF.  Hot weather has its benefits!

One sweet little girl recently asked her friends to make a donation to IFF in lieu of gifts at her 7th birthday party. While the theme was Harry Potter, the GENEROSITY of her friends was the greatest gift.

In big ways or small, all efforts to raise awareness of pediatric brain tumors and the funds needed to support research are important and IFF is unspeakably grateful.  If you are looking for ways to get involved with Ian’s Friends Foundation, visit the Get Involved page on our website.  Or, consider joining us on November 5, 2016 for the 9th annual Ian’s Friends Foundation “Evening of Inspiration”.  If you would like to volunteer for this event, please contact amy@iansfriendsfoundation.com.

Again, thank you for all you do; IFF appreciates your support and will not stop working until we find a cure.
