Every day, nine US children are diagnosed with a brain tumor and 1 in 330 children will develop cancer by age 19. Pediatric brain tumors are the second leading cause of death in children, next to accidental death. However, unfortunately, ONLY approximately 3% of federal funding allocated to cancer research is dedicated to pediatric cancers – with less than 1% going to pediatric brain tumor research. Thus, children battling pediatric cancers, such as brain tumors, rely heavily on private organizations like IFF to fund the research needed to hopefully save their lives.

Please considering joining our team of volunteers, donors, fundraisers and supporters that we affectionately call “Ian’s Friends.” YOU can help make this potentially life-saving research a reality.
